File Transfer Protocol
Moving, Storing and Retrieving your files is easy with Websagogo

This opens a new window in a certain folder of your web for your use as storage and transfer of files related to your website.
FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is your tool for uploading and downloading your own files to and from your website "Files" directory. Your files directory is like your "My Documents" on the web.

You would use your ftp account to upload special files or file types you wish to display on your website which cannot be made using Press Articles such as Adobe PDF files, pictures, powerpoint shows, music, etc.

In order to link someone to one of these files you upload, you would use the path: /Files/Yourfile. For more information and examples of file paths for links..click here to see the help file for Module Links. For more detailed help on File Path usage for links and images, click here.

To access your ftp files, first determine what version of the the Websagogo Module you are using. This is located at the top of your Control Center under the Control Center Icon. If you do not have the version identification on your Control Center, you are using a version prior to 2.0. For versions prior to 2.0, you must use the Windows Explorer method shown in number 1 below. For version 2.0, 3.0 or later, you can use either of the two methods below.
